I started my blog, Just Miss C, eleven years ago. My, how time flies. When I started my blog, I wanted an outlet besides Facebook and Instagram to share my life. I love writing about my fur babies, Beauty, Faith, Fitness, Fashion, what lights me up, and sharing my passions with the world.
I identify as a Yogi and Spirit Junkie. I’ve always had a deep fascination with spirituality. I realized the importance of self-care and how quickly we can let ourselves get burned out if we don’t take time for ourselves. Yoga and spirituality became my outlet for what was going on around me. I started my yoga practice regularly about 8 years ago. My grandma was struggling with cancer, and I started reading “Autobiography of a Yogi.” That was the first time I ever really started doing yoga as a spiritual practice. 2 years ago, I started Kundalini Yoga. I immediately fell in love with it. That’s when my love for yoga grew, as well as meditation. I found it when so many changes were happening in my life. I was severely depressed and anxious and had a lot going on behind the scenes in my life. Yoga became my silver lining.
