Letter to myself in 6 months

What I want to tell my future self 6 months from now and goals for the next 6 months

As I’m writing this blog post it is currently the end of July. We are almost in August. Approximately 6 months from now will be about the end of January. I just started reading a book called “Be Your Future self now.” By Benjamin Hardy.His premise is that you make better choices based on your future self vs. your past experiences.

I’ve decided to do the exercise of writing my future self a letter and then publishing it on this date six months from now. To help motivate myself and to see where I am at with my goals in this six month time frame. I also plan on doing a one year letter and 5 year letter.

To the Christina six months from now,

Hopefully six months from now you are feeling better about yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You’ve lost about 25-30 pounds that’s about 5 pounds a month or one or two a week.

You’ve stayed consistent with writing your blog posts and are publishing more frequently. And are continuing to work on writing your books.

I hope you have made more of an effort on restarting your reseller business. You enjoy doing that and it is something you want to continue to grow.

Hopefully, you will have stuck to your reading goal of finishing one book a week. So, that would be about 25 books by now.

I know if you keep up with these baby steps and celebrate each success you will continue to evolve. And grow and our future self will be grateful that you didn’t give up on us.
